(1) A fund has been established in the name of City Development Fund to provide the necessary financial and technical support to the agencies related to city development for the construction, development and expansion of the city.
(2) The central office of the fund will be in Kathmandu valley and the fund may open its branch offices at any place within Nepal ……….. as required.
